Starting your Online Search
If you know the item number
If you've seen a rug in our catalog, or if you know the number of an item you have previously viewed, you can enter it into the box under "Search by Item Number" and click the "Go" button beside it to go directly to that item. If no results are found, check that there are no leading or trailing spaces in the item number and try again.

To browse our area rugs
Click on one of the presented categories at right on the main rug page.

• Click on the dropdown menus to view your choices and click the one most appropriate term. You may select one term per menu and do not have to select from all of the menus.
• Click the green "Go" button.

• The keyword search allows you to search by multiple keywords connected by "and" or "or" Please use only one or the other in any one search. For example, If you search for "wool or square" you will be able to view all wool rugs and all square rugs. If you search for "wool and square" you would only be shown square rugs made of wool.
• Click the green "Go" button.
• If nothing matches your requested search, you will be told "Sorry, but your search did not return any results. Please revise your search and try again." If your search included "and", you might want to try an "or" instead. If your "and" statement has three or more keywords in it, you might want to remove some of them. If you're having trouble finding any keywords that return results, you might want to try a Search by Category instead.

Search Results
Whether you browse or search by category or keyword, you will now reach the Search Results page, which will display up to 15 items. (There is one exception to this rule. If your search returns only one item, you can bypass the search result step and will be taken directly to the Product Detail, described below.) If your search results in more than 15 items, you will be able to page through the results. There will be a list of page numbers above and below the results with your current page in bold. Simply click on a page number to jump to that page of results. When you have found a rug you would like to order or would like to more closely inspect, just click on the image of that item.

Product Detail
This page displays a larger image of a specific rug. To view an even more detailed image, simply click the picture. This page also gives information such as the material of the rug and construction method. To the right will be a list of all the sizes the selected rug is available in. Just enter the desired quantity next to the appropriate size. You can order more than one size if you wish.

There will also be a checkbox next to each size for padding. Simply click the box next to all rugs you wish to purchase padding for and we'll automatically send the correct size! For more on the importance of padding, click here.

You can add the rug(s) to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart".You will now get the message "We've added this item to your Shopping Cart." If you're ready to process your order, click "Proceed to Checkout". If you wish to add additional items to your shopping cart, simply continue shopping.
