How do I redeem a Gift Card?
On our website, www.americanblinds.com, select the items you wish to buy and add them to your cart. Proceed through the checkout to the payment page. Select Gift Card as your form of payment and enter the Gift Card number and the PIN (the four-digit number also located on your Gift Card). Submit your order.

Call any of our toll free numbers or visit our showroom and mention that you have a gift card when asked how you would like to pay. A representative will walk you through the process.

If the balance available on your Gift Card is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide an additional form of payment.

Do all American Blinds, Wallpaper & More Gift Cards come with a PIN?
Yes. There is a PIN located on the back of your Gift Card. If you have an Electronic Gift Card, a PIN was issued at the time it was emailed to you.

How can I check the balance on my American Blinds, Wallpaper and More Gift Card?
You can check your balance anytime. Just click on Check Your Balance and follow the instructions. You will be asked to enter the card number and PIN.

What can I buy with my Gift Card?
American Blinds, Wallpaper & More Gift Cards can be redeemed for any product sold either at our website, over the phone, or in our showroom.

Do I need to keep my Gift Card after I've used it?
Yes, you should always keep your Gift Card. That's because money may still remain on your Gift Card for any of the following reasons:

• You do not fully redeem your card
• You choose to return the merchandise ordered with a Gift Card
• We cannot fulfill your order and did not charge your account

What if the total cost of my order is greater than the amount on my Gift Card?
If the balance available on your Gift Card is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide a second form of payment such as a credit card or check. Please note: If you select Pay by Phone to cover a balance, you must phone in your credit card number at 1-800-575-8016 with your order number within 7 days of placing your order or it will be cancelled.

Do American Blinds, Wallpaper & More Gift Cards ever expire?
American Blinds, Wallpaper & More Gift Cards that are purchased by the consumer have no expiration date. Gift Cards that are issued by American Blinds, Wallpaper & More as a merchandise voucher for refunded or returned merchandise expire one year from the issue date.
