Payment
There are four easy ways to pay for your order:
- Pay online with these forms of credit Visa®, Mastercard®,
Discover®, American Express®, or Bill Me Later®.
- Pay online by check. You can securely have your bank account debited.
- Pay by phone with a form of credit or a check at 1-800-575-8016
- Fax your order with payment information to 1-800-391-2293.
Sales Tax
We charge 6% sales tax on all orders sent within the state of Michigan.
While we don’t collect sales tax on orders sent to other states, you
may be responsible for paying sales tax on any order shipped to your state.
If you’re unsure about whether you’re responsible for paying
your state’s sales tax, check with your
state’s department of revenue.
