High speed technology allows us to electronically
place orders with manufacturers within minutes. Our manufacturers begin
to process your order immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours
to request a cancellation. Cancellations are subject to a manufacturers
written confirmation. Even so, in most situations we will not be able
to cancel the order.
Delivery Time (back

Production and delivery times are an estimate based on business days (i.e.
weekends and holidays are excluded). Estimated Delivery is calculated
from the date of the order and is subject to product availability. Backorders
on fabrics or materials may result in a delay. The time it takes to make
a custom window treatment varies by product and manufacturer. For an approximate
timetable, please refer to Production
and Delivery Estimates.

48 contiguous United States for all your decorating
needs. (Some large items may incur an additional oversize

Backorders and Discontinued
Products

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible
and we do our best to ensure an adequate on-going supply
of inventory with our manufacturers. However, some factors
affect inventory levels which may unexpectedly cause
a backorder situation. For example, we may experience
an overwhelming response on a particular item or the
manufacturer is out of materials to produce the product.
In rare instances, a pattern or product may be put on
backorder or discontinued by the manufacturer.
Processing Fee (back
to top and menu)
As a result of increases in our processing costs (i.e. credit card fees, servicing fees, freight increases, etc.)
we must regrettably add a processing fee to handle and fulfill your order. The $7.95 processing fee is a flat fee,
and applies to your entire order regardless of your order quantity or value. Please understand, this fee represents
only a small portion of our actual processing, shipping and servicing costs.
Oversized Freight Charge (back
to top and menu)
A carrier freight charge is applied to any product 95" wide and over.
Products this size exceed the maximum width allowed for UPS ground shipping,
Federal Express or DHL. Your purchase will arrive by common carrier.
2nd Day / Next Day Air Shipping (back
to top and menu)
Only blinds and wallpaper can be sent by air. Home accessories
and custom products can only be shipped ground transportation.
2nd Day/Next Day air charges are not refundable.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping (back
to top and menu)
We can only send orders to Alaska and Hawaii by Air. Orders to these
states will not offer shipping options but instead will simply list the
shipping costs for each item.
International Shipping
