Can I order Samples?

We are now able to fulfill a limited selection of free sample requests and plan to expand this assortment as soon as we can. You can view sample availability on each product page. In order to ensure the safety of our employees, we have reduced the number of people allowed in our warehouse to guarantee appropriate social distancing. This may mean that you may experience slower delivery than normal, and we appreciate your patience.

If you would like help, have questions, or even have pics of your space, our design experts can totally work with that.

Will Product Orders be Delayed?

We are closely communicating with all of our providers and facilities to provide our customers the most up-to-date information on all of our window treatments. You can look at your product's page to get an estimate of current production times (as you normally would).

Our Commitment to Safety

We are in this together and we take the health and safety of our employees and our customers seriously. With that, we will let you know that in following the directive of our local government, we are complying with a Stay Home — Work Safe order as well as with best practices provided by the CDC. To accomplish this, we are working safely and remotely to get you decorating advice, step-by-step measuring and installation instructions and assistance with orders.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not fully satisfied with the quality of your new blinds, give us a call within 30 calendar days after delivery to your home. We’ll help you return your product and find a suitable replacement at no additional charge. If we determine a replacement won’t solve your issue, we’ll give your money back.

In the case of an issue with color, you must have ordered a swatch of the blind you eventually purchased to claim this guarantee. After we verify this, we’ll help you order a swatch of the new color you’d like, and once you know you’ve found the perfect color, we’re glad to help you make the exchange.

This guarantee covers only quality and color; it does not cover measuring errors or product options. If you follow our step-by-step measuring guides and take advantage of our expert design assistance, we’re confident you’ll love your new window coverings!

This guarantee does not cover any product ordered outside our recommended sizes or specifications. Please be sure to view all specifications on the product page before ordering. Light Blockers are not available as part of this guarantee.

You must have received your product to claim this guarantee, and prior authorization is required for returns. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to custom drapery or commercial orders. A commercial order is any order containing 25 or more of the same product, of tax exempt status, or delivered to a non-residential address.

Limit one remake per product. Once you’ve ordered a remake, we cannot issue a refund for the same item. Limit 10 items per household per lifetime.

Love It for Less Guarantee

When you shop at American Blinds, we’re confident you’ll love your new window treatments—and you’ll pay less than what you would at our competitors. If you buy a product from us and find the identical product within 14 days after your purchase, give us a call. If you can verify that the lower price is live and in effect on a competitor’s website, we’ll refund you the difference. That’s the Love It for Less Guarantee!

Love It for Less does not apply to a future sale that occurs on products found on American Blinds; it is for competitor pricing only.

This guarantee does not cover non-custom products, specialty blinds, closeout or discontinued items, or commercial orders.

American Blinds reserves the right not to sell any product below its cost.
