• Crafted from authentic natural elements, our Woven Wood Shades boast inherent distinctions in color, grain, and dimensions. Over time, these shades may develop a richer patina, which is a testament to their natural origin and not a flaw.

• Valance is included.

• Please be advised that the inherent suppleness of the yarns, along with the woven fabric's density, could lead to a gradual extension of the shades by about 1 to 1 1/2 inches. This tendency is more prominent in shades mounted inside or those spanning from the ceiling to the floor. It's important to recognize that this is a natural aspect of the product's behavior and does not fall within the scope of our warranty coverage.

• The standard valance return height will be 11/2 inches less than the valance height to prevent interference with the rolled bottom of the valance.

• Motorized shades are powered by a rechargeable motor. The motor charge typically lasts 3 – 6 months, requiring recharging after 300 up/down cycles. Motors can be controlled by a wand that hangs to the side of the shade or by a multi-channel remote control.
