Shades come with a standard light-filtering backing (except Villa, which requires a blackout liner), and the integrated valance system offers a clean appearance when the shades are lifted. Every shade will have a white backing to the street side for a uniform look from the outside. Upgrade to an insulating, energy-saving backing, or a blackout backing for room darkening.
Beaded Chain is the standard lift option that utilizes a powerful clutch to assist with lifting the shade and the chain does not change length. Ideal for wider, heavier shades.
Motorization allows you to operate your shade with the touch of a button. With every purchase of a motorized shade, you will receive a rechargeable lithium battery. You also can purchase a single-channel remote which operates an indefinite number of shades at once, or a 15 channel remote that that can operate five shades or five groups of shades independently.
Cordless control is considered safer for homes with children or pets.
